Reageert niet op klachten over (ver) verstreken houdbaarheidsdatum. Ik maakte veel gebruik van de service, maar ik verwijder nu mijn account.

Its a neat service. Just wish for more variety.

Utrecht is niet in de regio maar mijn buren kunnen er wel bestellen

Always on time when delivering goods

Changed my rating from 4 stars to 3 stars and now we're at 2 stars. Their product selection is thin and they are often out of products, but now their delivery estimates are just laughably wrong. Whatever estimate they give you will be wrong by at least 30 minutes and often up to an hour. They absolutely have to know they're wrong when they tell you, but they do it anyway.

Ever since they don't have a serious competitor in the Netherlands, they increased the prices and lowered the quality significantly. Terrible service

App is fine from a user pov, delivery times are often wildly inaccurate however

One of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
