Not steps count properly

Not sure what this does but I hope it can connect to Mi Fitness so I can sync to My Fitness Pal App

The problem is that I can earn heart points and all of sudden Poof they are gone. Same goes with steps They are up and then down. It isn't the worst step counter, but it isn't the best

Really good app to have...

I went for a 20 min walk. The app shows 66 steps. Useless.

Not connect properly

Randomly one day decides to stop updating my journal automatically. I have cleared cache, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, all required permissions are checked and rechecked, phone has been restarted several times. Explain to me why after one random day this apps functionality has completely dissolved for me.

Application is not working correctly

Just stopped counting steps a few days ago. Went through all the steps, check activity toggle , etc. Nothing. Deleted and redownloaded app. Nothing. No response from Google.

Re downloading to see if it will help. I got this app for step bet and noticed it won't feed over from my samsung health correctly. Doesn't add heart points or steps accurately. Just went in to see it again and it reset my 500 steps to 0 for no reason.
