The really required features are paid features. CCleaner allows this with the option of watching ads. Uninstalling.

Had a much older version of the app on my note 4 which still worked until recently when the phone was unusable from a fall. Always did a good job cleaning gb of junk away. Got a new phone and downloaded only to find the same deep cleaning feature I've enjoyed for years with the older version you now need to pay for. Uninstalled as it's useless and downloaded another brand app that does the same this used to do before they started charging you for it. I didn't mind the ads at the time.
