best home design game there is

I have played this game since 2018 I spend about $30 a month on it and when I spend my money I expect the pieces to actually show up or look like the item shows when you place it not something different. I would also like my wall art fragments to be able to be used ( for the last few months they tell you no network signal ) also My XP from the designs keep saying I've reached my limit so no prize there or leveling up, haven't had a story in forever to get that prize. Please fix it !!

6.25.24 Haven't played this for a year or so, still you guys haven't figured out why I can't place the art work or furniture is completely black .... disappointed. Delete the game if it's not going to work properly. Definitely not listening to the people that play your games!
