	I am extremely disappointed. They treated me with disrespect and refused to help or refund my money. Despite having all the required documents listed on their website, they demanded additional papers at pickup, which were never mentioned. I was left without a car and out of pocket. 	Good luck with trying to find your reservation. Customer support is awful at least in Europe. They try to sell you insurance that is not taken into account by rental agency. 	I am so upset becuse I lost the down payment paid for car reservetion from Drivalia car rental and they (i dont now who shuld) did not deduced it from rental cost They gave me unclear reason which is I got SUPER FULL COVER for car so based on this they told me we can not disbute but I dont know if this mean they got my money or drivilia but at the end of the day I lost my money and now I lose my time to recover my money if I can. 	Never use it for the reservation. I made reservation for car with automatic transmission, however rental company told that this is for manual. Naturally I canceled the contract for rent. I sent request for refund and lit is over a week I got no response. 	Very poor customer service. It's been kver 2 months i raised an issue. No results, after 2 months they emailed asking for certain documents. God knows how many more years they will take to resolve.
