This might well be the best text editor for Android. The user interface and customization capabilities are fantastic, particularly the toolbar at the bottom of the screen that allows for placing any desired function. However, the text selection process can be quite challenging. It deviates from the standard Android app behavior, making word selection less intuitive. Ideally, a double tap or a long tap should suffice to select a word, but this isn't consistently the case here.

I bought a licence then I got a second phone so I bought another licence, but I was refunded because I've already got a licence, but this software keeps blocking me every 30 minutes and I'm losing my temper. Please! Take my money, open my software. And for the love of mic and cheese PLEASE let there be a setting to turn off auto-positioning of the edit point to the top of the screen.

EDIT: Someone please explain to me why a text editor needs Google Play Services? Especially as we've had no updates for months? This editor provides features no other does, and it's invaluable for my amateur writing; I've written literally a couple of hundred short stories with it! I've had this on at least 4 handsets now, if you count the original Jota, and when I got my current device it was the absolute first thing I installed. Please don't ever discontinue it!

Great, low impact text editor. Been using it for years!
