I ordered 13 pro max a week ago but still not delivered and no reply from customer care

I purchased one iPhone from them in UAE along with extended warranty. Its faulty. I am trying to contact with them since last week, but unable to do so, as they dont have any contact number on their website and dont have physical address. The address they have given on their website its fake. My money wasted, my time wasted, but from their side no is showing up to resolve my issue, so, dont by items from them as they are completely fraud, they have done fraud withe me, they cheated with me.

Buggy app and branding is kinda poor. Customer support never attended my question which makes me skeptic before placing an order, specially after reading some negative reviews about late shipping. Can't find how to choose to pay in installments.

I ordered an iphone on 31 may 2024, until now I didn't get my order and I am very disappointed with popsy. I emailed many times but I didn't get any proper reply. When it will be delivered???. And tried to connect with support, but no-one reply. After 15 days it's still showing order confirmed , at least give me the proper update
