We did our first pop-up event processing with the Shopify Tap & Chip Card Reader and did several hundred in sales with no issues. Worked like a charm! And it was pretty neat how customers could just tap with their phone.

So irritated with this app and Shopify in general. Very slow, glitchy, and stopped working in the middle of a sale during a busy market. Says it needs an update, but won't update. Go with another company and don't waste your time, unless you enjoy having a heart attack in the middle of a pop up market.

Shopify is a multimilllion dolar enterprise and probably assigned 10 bucks to developing POS. Works horribly and nobody in support seems to tell you anything but to update the app when having a problem.

I love this app it really helps me out a lot. The setup of this app is awesome and the layout looks amazing. I saw post's that the support is not good and not helpful, but I don't know what there talking about, when ever I called support a agent was with me shortly (longest time waiting for an agent was 4-5 minutes). I would just want to say to all complainers that should be a little bit patient and everything would be fine. Thanks for making this app easy to use.
