Can't access tickets not a good app

This app has always worked great for me.

Not sure if there is a worse app/experience on the play store. UI is terrible, sign-in doesn't allow biometric, the ticket maps are buggy, no option to see all fees with pricing, resale is a joke, safetix is a poor feature to prevent reselling when you want, they price gouge, I would recommend any other ticket app that you can find. This app would be 100% better if it just showed the event vs location/venue when buying tickets.

Not working, sending you to blank screen. Button presses does nothing, get three jumping dots and nothing.

Not user friendly at all.

Broken app, and devs aren't paying attention to reviews trying to inform them of all the ways it's broken.
