Annoying continually asked to download new ap

The app is efficient and easy to navigate.

Like so many others, the app hangs during login. Amazing that such a big company can't get a simple native login screen working.

It works so smoothly and it's VERY easy to use. I used it last year and it worked amazingly it's perfect

I think I tried to sign in at the wrong time, and I didn't have the best experience. For sure, the app needs some improvements.

This had got to me the worst app I have used. Gives me an error message that I am a bot. Tells me to make sure I have Java, and clear any 3rd party plugins. What the hell does that mean!!! But I can login into my account no issues on a computer. But as you Ticketmaster that is useless because when you purchase tickets, you need your bloody app to see your tickets.

Has been great, but now won't login. I can't even consistently get a login screen, but even when I do it just spins trying to load. Fix it please!
