	Very usefull to track what you eat, and if you lack some of nutrients, or have too much of something. Intuitive to use, very user friendly. 	After MFP's cash grab, this has been a great tool for me, losing weight. Syncs with my Garmin perfectly. 	Similar to "My Fitness Pal," but a LOT better... and free.
