Replaced all my social networks with Chat GPT. Feels like being back in the classroom with a pocket professor. Wish I had this tool during my university days.

It’s unacceptable that paying subscribers living in the EU have less functionality (like memory) than the free version in the USA.
Voice chat is very often not available since 4o was released and made freely available.
Also since today it is throwing errors despite the update to 1.2024.150.

Im Chat schreiben geht meistens ganz gut, auch wenn manchmal Fehler passieren. Der Sprachchat bedarf jedoch Einiges an Geduld: Entweder man wird unterbrochen, die "Verbindung schlägt fehl" (was ein Blödsinn ist, donn normal im Chat schreiben funktioniert ja auch) oder die Meldung "ein Fehler ist aufgetreten" kommt auf. Wird der Sprachchat noch optimiert und verbessert, dann werden diese Probleme hoffentlich behoben sein. Vielleicht ja sogar schon bei dem nächsten ChatGpt 4o Update...

Of course the ChatGPT itself is a thing that amazes but I’m writing this lukewarm review in hope of OpenAI seeing it and improving its app experience. So, the limited functionality of the app, no option to select multiple chats nor group them in any way, no option to make disappearing short enquiries because of which chat boxes accumulate and clutter the sidebar, no possibility of scrolling the popup window from the iOS shortcut activation when answers are long, no comprehensive widgets for Home Screen and similar stuff.
