Why can’t I do subtitles for house of dragons!!???

Subscribed to SHOWMAX to watch house of the dragon, only to find out it doesn’t have subtitles(i’m hearing impaired) a lot of the shows on this app don’t have subtitles,I simply do not understand how a multimillion dollar streaming company can be so amateur,
They refuse to fix it despite multiple complaints

The new interface is nice, but there’s alot wrong with the system. - The app doesn’t work on my tv -Downloads take the whole day and sometimes don’t play after they have downloaded - The app crashes regularly.

This app is the worst!! You cannot delete anything from continue watching.
They have not fixed any of the initial errors when the app was launched and which so many people complained about. Yet…there is update after update but nothing changes. Waste of time and money!

Can’t download in peace. It jams in the process of downloading. It’s the only app on my phone that I don’t understand.

We can not watch in 2 devices why ?
