App constantly freezes. If I haven't launched it in a few days I need to clear the data and re-authenticate. Edit: increasing my stars here, recently it seems to have been working fine! I'll give 5 if it keeps working.

We have a serious bug that needs to be fixed ASAP! All ticket replies are defaulting the "From" to the first "reply email" in the list for all companies. The web app is working fine, it's affectingthe Androidand iOS apps. We have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Please advise!

We apologize for the issue you are facing. We are working on a fix for our next release. As a temporary workaround, please tap on the "From" address (which is a dropdown) and select the appropriate email ID while drafting your reply.
