The worst airline app (and website) I've ever used. Long load times and guaranteed crashes. Good luck checking in or loading boarding passes. Don't even think about changing seats. It's 2024, this kind of user experience is inexcusable.

Should build a rewards portal directly in the app. The current method is inaccessible to a lot of people because the website constantly blocks you.

Falla mucho

The app is terrible! Keeps crashing, never loads properly. I cannot make any modifications or get access to my boarding pass using the app. I have to use the web browser (which is not that much better than the app).
