Very bad customer service. Package is not yet received more than the days they mentioned also not updating the shipment tracking, not allowing canceling and refund. Very bad service. Guys Temu is better in services n delivery. |

The new returns method is terrible!!!!!! It used to work well and now it's so confusing and allows you to return something you haven't even received. How would I even return it if I haven't received it yet?? And each item in an order shows a different order number but doesn't conjoin everything in that full order together it's all separate. I feel like they purposely did that to charge you that extra fee for two separate returns per order. And customer service support is horrible too, no help. |

Has great stuff but pup freezes all the time right before u win seems like a scam. Customer service is horrible and a joke. #temu is better at fixing problems and helping and caring for their people. Shein i wish I could -☆ for how terrible you are and all the lies your customer service does |
