I ordered an item and never received the item. You keep sending me messages saying it will be delivered by April 28th it's been a month and no item. You don't have way for people to contact you by phone. I would like my money back. At this point I feel like you are a fraud.

(Edit. I have to take the 5 star rating away. The clothes are becoming very cheap, and the sizing is way off. Please, for plus size, use some real models! A tunic with 60 inch bust shouldn't have a 45 inch hip! Fix your sizing, I'll buy more product.) My overall experience is 5 star. Rather spammy with offers, and some product can be cheap in quality, but over all good service, and I've snagged some great, plus-sized clothing!
