When you return you goods shein don't give you back you money, you cannot reach no one to speak to the number they give on their Web page, is just answer machine, the live chat is robust, which is off no use, when you start shopping with them at first you have no problem, but as you start spending from £50 plus and you returned there is where the problem started

I love the app, but it won't let me use my coupons even if everything it's okay with my order, definitely something they have to check, but other than that Shein is way better than Amazon and Temu.

I can never get anything. I keep getting emails like they burned me. Why does customs keep your package? What Ya'll really doing? Temu treats me better, actually offers refunds, and delivers on time. Shein your lame AF. You robbed me and I don't want an email, a text I just want you off my line. Step fool I can't stand your business or what your about.

I love shein its amazing, they have great items for cheap prices it's alot like temu but better. Although some times with clothes it can be a hit or miss but it is great for how cheap it is. Definitely recommend this app

I don't like it anymore. I used to love the Shein app, but now it's a NO. There's no discount for cashless payments, and the daily check-in only gives ₱3.00. I hate it.
