GPSmyCity has several terrific features, I especially like these: * The maps work offline; and * The walks have audio narration. Both features together make it easy to explore cities without having to try and read while walking, and they make it very difficult to get lost. In fact, the maps work so well it's easy to explore beyond the guided walks. I've used GPSmyCity in the northern, southern, eastern, and western hemispheres, it worked great every time.

Way too expensive

I used the app in 3 Canadian cities. Great resource for those who enjoy self guided tours. Very reasonably priced.

We have been using this app for the last 8 weeks in Europe and LOVE it!!! It's easy to use, very informative, great directions on the map (using GPS) and excellent articles on each location. You just download the walking tours you're interested in before you leave your apartment or hotel and it's ready to use on your phone. Definitely worth the upgrade price, especially if you're traveling for a few days or weeks. My wife and I highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed!!!

I've found the app to be useful. I like the route optimization and the ability to use the map and GPS to navigate the route. You never get lost or lose precious time.

Super way to explore & learn about new cities, their main attractions and a degree of history, if you want to know more. I've used it in 12 different locations. It's easy to use, easy to tailor to your own personal interests & being GPS easy not to get lost or stray off the main tourist hotshots. I've recommended to several. A warning though, I back the phone up with a separate battery as when in use it does hammer the internal battery a bit. But with a separate power pac no problem, all's well.

Best, most inclusive app for helping us navigate around unfamiliar surrounds whether by FOOT, bike or car. On our current cruise to 16 ports, only 3 were not to have one or more walking or discovery walks available. Love that we can walk in any order...not forced to "go" in the suggested order. RECOMMEND THIS APP!
