Clear simple instructions on how to open an account. Super efficient and excellent updating communication.

misleading information and amateur bank. They try to be a digital bank but literally asked me to print and send a letter within 25 days or they will deactivate the account, moreover they say your bank account is active immediately and to send money asap. My company sent my salary and it disappeared. They will hold your money till they receive that letter. Now I don't have my salary and neither a bank account and they don't accept this form digitally, even tho I still have two weeks to submit it.

Since a few months now, my app keep bugging and I have to reopen it every 2 minutes. it's really frustrating. The design and functionalities of the app are fine but you need to fix those bugs. I have the latest version and a new phone. It's not normal.

Facile d'utilisation, clair, bon marché

Surprisingly perfect online only banking. App works well. It gets a bit cluttered with latest (unnecessary?) features. My biggest complaint is that the typing duration/recognition for PINs increased last year. I was able to type 6 digits in under 2 seconds. Normal speef for me. Now anything entered faster than 1 second pet digit causes them to not be recognized. Very annoying. I contacted support, they supposedly told QA, but never any more feedback (nor solution) returned to me...
