Useless App!!! Very expensive courier company.

Useless app ,i have add my bank details and keep Deducted from account, scammer

I'm really disappointed as i can't even get to log in to the app. Too much errors

عدم التعامل مع هذه الشركة طلبت مقوي واي فاي على أنه جديد لكن للأسف الشديد ارسل مستخدم رقم التسلسلي على الجهاز مختلف على العلبه وتم إرسال جهاز عطلان مستخدم و ارسلت اي ميل للشركة افادوني بأن الجهاز جديد و دخلت على موقع شركة صانع المقوي الانترنت بأن هذا الجهاز مسجل بأسم شخص آخر و خاطبت الشركة بأرجاع المبلغ تم الرفض .

avoid at all costs, hidden fees, non existing customer service, downtimes by the days, and they charge you for the downtime

today June 25 whole day can not log in and i have 1 package in your company but u charge me 3 times (auto pay) and still ask for money please send some talk.to me thank

So many hidden fees and slow responding time, find something else!

Terrible service, they never gave a solution to my problem that arose... From a shipment that did not arrive at my home and another shipment that requested customs documents... I never had problems of this type... I am upset and frustrated.
