Difficult app that often crashes from the links. Not great at consistently sending email notifications and not well integrated with Aibnb. Taxed calculations are also less well managed than Aibnb.

The entire experience using Vrbo to rent my vacation home over the last 2 years has been subpar, to say the least. I believe Vrbo, to be the worst option available. App and host support needs a bunch of work.

They charge way more in fees to owners than airbnb does

This app is still garbage. It's buggy, doesn't respond or refresh. For years now, it's been this way, and it's mind-boggling how they can't fix it. Also, vrbo has become more aggressive with fees, penalties for owners, and onerous rules and regulations. It's a matter of time before a competitor eats their lunch. Update: renter trying to contact me via the app regarding an immediate issue. I'm unable to "refresh" to bring up my conversations. This app is absolutely criminal.

The app is okay as a supplement to using the VRBO site on a laptop or desktop. There are too many limitations and downtime to use it as the sole form of managing one or more rentals. The biggest plus is that I can usually access VRBO through the app when I'm having trouble accessing the site on my desktop.

Good Vrbo owner app keep on top of everything in my accommodations

I would love to rate it 5-stars, but I keep running into issues with the app despite clearing cache, data, and uninstalling. It's a great app if it worked the way it's supposed to. There are too many issues to list. Most recently, it's unable to load messages, so I had to uninstall it and use the browser on my S20 to see them.
