Good suggestion, you will see the map scale in the next release. More: I almost forget there is a tool in this app which can measure a polyline distance, just click on the map to select the menu item "Measure distance", press the + button to define a point to connect to a polyline.

You may click the menu item "Store", select the option "Advanced", click the button "Yearly subscription", if you can see the deadline, the app can know your subscription, so ads will be removed.
