App doesn't even launch anymore, it's been like that for months.

App wont open. Spent a fortune on a reader. Very disappointed

Great app, works fairly reliably with data and WiFi unlike other reviews. Occasional glitches solved by unplugging device or restarting app. Worked to diagnose faulty parking sensors on my car. It is able to scan and read quickly, and has lots of functionality. Interface could be simplified since some options exist in many different menus, but almost everything works, but the auto VIN function doesn't work which can be annoying manually selecting vehicle every time. Otherwise great app

Doesn't work/open on pixel 8. Wasted money on the dongle. Feel like I got scammed

The full scan and custom features does not work at all..

Requires login (why?) and login server is constantly down, server communication failure due to timeout or HTTP502 gateway error. Customer support never picks up the phone. Returning the dongle, stay clear of Autel.
