Someone scammed me, transfer online payment from my account and it's only app chat and no one is responding from long time, scammer will take all payment and Liv staff will sleep because it's our money why they take tension I am very disappointed from Liv I think know I need to switch my bank account to other bank

They don't have any customer support service, they don't respond to your queries properly. Even when you transfer the money to any of your friend than they ask you for his all legal details including pasport copy, ID & Visa and many more, how can someone have others details. And the worst part is that if you don't provide them then they will block your Money. Seriously never had such a bad experience with any other bank.

I have been using LIV account for 2 years now. I never had any issues using this app. It was very easy to open my bank account and request bank card. Since it was all done via online only which saved a lot of travel time and hassle of documentation. It's 'true'lly a digital bank.

did you provide cheque book in 0 balance account?

LIV IS THE WORST. USELESS BANK!

Customer service is very poor! Applying for recall will just be rejected without any explanation from their end!! That is why scammers are more in liv as they are not secured and no one will be in touch with you in case you file a report to them about fraud. Do not use liv !
