	Here's the thing. I absolutely live this game. However number 1: This game is NOT under enough. And number 2: I have no idea how to save my progress. Twice now just have lost all my work. 	Disappointed in myself for wasting money on this game. Gameplay is good, but when you try to make a purchase to remove ads(any purchase is supposed to remove ads), the purchase goes through and you get a loading death loop. The loading never finishes, and you have to restart the game. But if you restart the game, it doesn't process that you made a purchase, so you still get ads. 	The game is a cheat. It says buy anything to remove adds. 	Graphics is good but when I putting a pacemarker on the patient's chest or other time's when the patient's condition was critical, and patients are not survived.
