I don't know the last month .y signal keeps dropping. I don't understand it

Paid for Armour subscription only 3 mo ago. Parental controls bedtime & time limit features keep randomly turning themselves off. Won't be renewing that! Hardware has served me pretty well, but this app seems more like a $ gouge. Parental control is 5hi+. "Pause" Internet keeps randomly un-pausing itself! Hardly any control at all.

Forces the user to register a Netgear account for tasks not requiring registration at all. Bad privacy attitude. And from a mass networking devices business, a bad privacy attitude is not reassuring

Not connecting on my router. Stupid app

bad instruction. you should have said go to wifi setting & select netgear because it never when back to the app setup afterward; I just stood there waiting several tries before realizing the instructions were flawed.

very difficult to set up system. technical support was rude and hung up on me. I told him I wasn't good with technical devices. I believe he became upset because I asked too many questions and had him repeat often.

The New Ax1800 is not worth the extra money. I was spoofed by the support # that came with product & it was taken over the very same day I bought im going to probably return it . was there supposed to be a CD for the computer with it... didn't have no book , CD or instructions at all.

Hangs connecting to "". Then hangs at splash screen. Then hangs reinstalling.

This is an app for setting up your router. It does exactly that and not a whole lot more. Kinda junk, makes you create an account or sign in if you bought this trash before. I got a free router and used this app to set it up at my mom's. It worked. Took about 45 minutes waiting on this router to find Internet. The app is slow compared to your router it takes it a while to catch up
