You get charged for delivery and returns. Even with the returns, it still doesn't get picked up on time or it gets misplaced. Miserable shopping experience and it's the 2nd time.

One of the worst online experiences I had, the customer service is pathetic along with refunds process. It takes ages to get the reply. I have been shopping online for not less than 5 to 6 years minimum. And if I had to rate voga closet, it would be negative 10.
