I wanna deliver the fresh food to good people thanks

The other night we ordered $150 worth of food for our family and forgot to change the address from our daughters recital hall. We knew the second we placed the order that the address was wrong so we contacted them straight away. They said they couldn't change it for us and we'd have to pay $60 to cancel the order. We begged them to contact the delivery driver, anything - they said no it couldn't be changed and literally closed our conversation. My husband drove 20 minutes to meet the driver.

In June in Brussels, I ordered EUR 100 worth of sushi on Uber Eats for friends, but the delivery driver brought the wrong order and then canceled, claiming I didn't open the door. Uber Eats provided no help, ignoring my messages. It seems the driver kept the food or feared losing pay. Poor customer service, never Uber Eats again.

I was charged 27% for taxes and fees, plus a delivery fee. In total $10.24 in additional fees (not including tip) for a $27.47 order. They DO NOT show you your total until AFTER you put you place your order. So it jumped to $43.29 Total... Very deceptive. Also I pay monthly for Uber Prime membership. Totally not worth it. I'll be canceling.

I placed an order at 8:58 p.m. and canceled it within a minute at 8:58 p.m. when I realized I had placed it at the wrong address. I had reordered it for the correct address. I was Charged full price for both but received one order. When asking about a refund I was told the restaurant had already started making it although it was canceled within the same minute. chats were ended after being told that's all the help I'm getting even after requesting escalation multiple times. Ridiculous
