The app was user-friendly and easy to use except for two things: (1) medication administration entries cannot be edited (2) the newest 7/18/24 update to a full-screen comment section for interventions has a very small word limit (255 characters) when some interventions need more space

Bad update, system crashed. Unable to relog back in to this program.

It was working perfectly on my Samsung, but for the past 2 weeks now, i haven't been able to clock in through my Alayacare account. Hope to get it working soon

Hello support team, I have recently downloaded the Alayacare app on a new Samsung S24plus but it's not working properly. It doesn't show some of my roster that has been updated, it shows that I am meant to work on Thursday but am not meant to work. The Teamleader see the roster changes that they make but am unable to see them on the app. Can you help fix this problem please.

It doesn't make sense to use, only good thing is to clock in, everything else is a waste of HHA time! Got a message that a new version was coming out the 18th.... it's the 24th and still no update

This app does not open, I can not clock in or out. This app stink. I don't like it. Is there a better app that can be use.
