For some reason I’m not sure if it’s just me but I can’t seem to find dark mode I’ve been trying to try it but can’t seem to find it . If there’s no such thing as dark mode , I would really like dark mode, I think that would really help my eyes… That’s it Thank you for your time.

So today I was just scrolling through Nike and I saw all these cool and DOPE stuff but then I saw smth where you could chat wit a Nike member and I came across a very nice guy named Parker he is a Nike Member and he was so cool and nice, so shoutout to him my guy he even said I was his favorite chat person of the day or smth like that he is so nice!

This app lures you in with discounts- which are significant, but then it will not check me out. Payment and login credentials secured and it will not let me choose the shipping and let me pay. The app also takes you back to nike.com to login before you can order. Why? It should all be within the app. Ugh. Order unsuccessful, annoying after I spent so much time setting it up/ login/ Pw/ etc.

Time and time again Nike leaves its mark as a surface-level brand. Made to inflate the egos of others while masking its low quality with gimmicks and flashy colors. They’ve lost multiple of my runs. When I contact Nike Inc. they try blaming me and my service instead of accepting that they are in the wrong. They made me delete and reinstall my app 4 times and it helped nothing. As a Marathon runner it is such an annoyance when they lose my runs for multiple miles and I can’t know my pace, my max sprint, max mile, max effort. This is not for my ego, it’s to build myself as a runner. That’s why I have an app for but it’s useless when all it does is advertise false concepts. There have been multiple times the Auto pause will pause when I’m running or not play when I commence my run again. Nike you’re app is just as poor quality as your sweatshops. Strava and Puma are the way to go. Maybe follow your slogan instead of just saying you’ll be better and ‘Just Do It’. Sincerely, a once long time Nike runner, no longer.

Just wanted to look at some shoes. It’s asking me a million questions trying to personalize my experience and sign me up for the app. 🙄 I just want to check out the shoes

We should be able to leave product reviews in app rather than having to open an external link and sign back in.

Have never had an app that doesn’t allow you to filter out shoes sizes. Waste a lot of time looking at shoes and it doesn’t have my size

Why is there no retro 4 in the app and there is on Amazon?

I’ve been a Nike customer for a while now, around 2 years. The app had been consistent for a while, but sometimes I cannot place an order or I get logged out and cannot log back in. The app is very good when it works, but when it doesn’t, it is literally impossible to use it. However, I understand you need to create an account to order things and sign in. I had been signed in, but the app stopped working for me. A billion+ dollar company should have better customer support.
