the app is so incredibly tedious and so far behind in so many elements. especially coming from a world renowned tech giant, known as microsoft.. if it’s avoidable, i’d highly recommend in doing so :)

When I’m in the authenticator trying to get a code for another app, it says enter the code shown in your authenticator and won’t let me proceed. I’m already in the damn authenticator!!!! Do I need to have two copies? I just doesn’t make sense. Useless

So Microsoft have dragged the chain on providing customers with an acceptable level of security and this app tops it off with a lack of simple usability!
Where is the ability to just accept a pop up to approve? Also, there is no Apple Watch pairing so I have to take my phone out of my pocket every time!!!

What a terrible app. Keeps saying to enter the number through th app but nothing is appearing on the screen for you enter the number through. Tried it with 3 different devices all up to date with the latest version. Now I can't access my work emails. This app is useless!
