… google auth has a really simple export import when you change phones … Microsoft on the other hand requires you to back up to iCloud from one phone then restore from the other … only it doesn’t work and complains that the email address isn’t associated with a backup when the other phone says it is

Endless loop of trying to delete an old company account. Users should be able to do this when they move firms and not rely on the old company.

Great app until you switch phones, won’t let you log back into the same account and won’t let you access the authentication app without asking for codes but you can’t get the codes because it doesn’t log you in.

Great and reliable

The app home page offers no indication as to which entry displayed is for which login purpose, so you more or less have to try them out one by one every time. I have about 6, imagine if you had 20!

Doesn’t update properly! And when you can’t login in this is one of the only options.

Unable to access and carry on my task.
My job portal needs 6 digits code but the app only provides 8 codes.

Can’t get it to work with personal or work e mail accounts.
Keeps asking me to verify e mail, fails to send a code to authenticate the app. Locked out of my patient access system as a result. Utter waste of time.

Asking twice a day to verify it’s me. Yes it’s me, been working here since 8 o’clock this morning. Very stupid app and doesn’t make any sense whatsoever! I can see the point when is asking me once a week but twice a day or every day is just stupid! But then most updates from Microsoft can be deemed as useless! Sometimes is better to leave things simple as they work better!
