Whyyy? Mango app works perfect. Why not Zara mobile app????

I wore my eggplant colored jeans only a few times and the entire leg seam ripped. I like them so much I had my seamstress repair them. I barely buy anything from Zara anymore because the clothes don’t hold up.

Worst app so hard to navigate no clear categories to be able go shop from. Zara’s clothes are already getting worse in quality and the app just gets worse. DELETED and I have 0 desire to shop from here. Bad clothes AND an annoying shopping experience? LOL

The overall design of the application appears flawless and user-friendly. In reality, there are several issues that need work. It’s so challenging to determine what stores have your size for a specific clothing item. The express pickup feature does not delivery on its promises. They show the earliest pick-up time at checkout, but it’s 3 hours late, and the item is urgent. if you have the item selected and you’re trying to check in-store availability, it just redirects you to research the item once more without the actual search tab; you have to click through the categories. Overall, the functionality of the app falls short and needs significant improvements

I’m really annoyed. You search espresso machine, plates pop up. Silver stool, plates pop up. You search magazine holder, plates pop up. I get yr trying to paint a Zara image but cut the imagery and make an app that has a search engine that properly works. I had to go google to find the silver accordian magazine holder, and because this app has such an inaccurate search tool I bought the magazine holder for a cheaper price on EBay. This app tho pretty is impossible to find anything. You search coffee machine you get plates. Aggravating

Great clothes…. I would love to buy something heck anything really….. but the app isn’t loading the items properly… I couldn’t create an account…clothes aren’t being added into the cart..I thought maybe it’s my cell service, so I turn off my WiFi. Restarted my phone and still nothing with 4 full bars of 5G network. The I uninstalled and reinstalled the app… no change. I actually think it made it worse sense now, when I selected an item to view only certain pics load and the others were black.. so I gave up on the app and went to the website and finally SUCCESS! The website works perfectly… however I was annoyed with the whole experience I no longer in the mood to purchase anything.
