I literally ordered something yesterday while I was at work didn’t pay for express shipping or anything it literally came the very next day this app is beyond amazing super pleased with it

I mostly liked the stuff I ordered. However I didn’t like the way the customer service works. The system wouldn’t let me to leave a review (they give you points for reviews) saying I violated something. I followed the guidelines and know that I didn’t violate anything. I asked the customer service what I violated. Not only they couldn’t tell what the problem was, they didn’t even try to help.
Another issue I had was that I couldn’t return some items because they turned out to be promotional. Although their policy says nothing about this. Amazon and Temu are way better in dealing with clients.

Some time in FEBRUARY I ordered a package for this party I was going to in march. They said it was be delivered early march and the party was late march so I knew I was good… WRONG! The package just arrived a week ago and it’s now MAY! I ordered it in FEBRUARY ! I literally had to last minute shop because I thought it was going to be there any day!
