Shein never used to have these crappy coupon ads popping up all over ur phone, even the “pick 4 items and get ur 5th free” it’s all a scam to rule you in. I tried the £300 ad and they tell you “only refer one person to win” but then they change the prices on the wheel to 0.003 gems so you would have to refer people over and over and over again to even have a chance of getting it. When your close to winning the app will close down and freeze and you’ll lose everything. Absolute SCAM!

SHEIN has become part of me. I love the range of product, I guess soon they be selling houses😃. Anyway I’m with SHEIN .
I have 2 issues which bother me. First please SHEIN can you bring back the idea of us choosing the coupons coz it felt so good to see how much you’ve saved from your purchase. Nowadays it only say coupon used.
Secondly please stop the idea of restricting items that we need to return. Our homes are full of unwanted stuff. It’s not fair. (I hope this statement makes sense coz my English just refused to cooperate)

So I ordered 3 dresses and one was giant on me and it was printed (I also hated the material) the second dress was perfect and the 3rd was lovely but the top half was showing my…🍒 so it freaked me out, I got a new top in the end. Also they treat their workers wrong so that’s why I hate shein sometimes but it’s better now so 3 ⭐️

It’s a scam, don’t bother

My package was never delivered.
They are refusing to do anything about it and they keep ignoring me.

Amazing best app ever

They don’t respect customers enough. My experience with them was very bad, I had submitted an order and then they started to ask for extra verification after I had paid and now my order is not even updating until they accept my verification of my transaction record. They don’t have a right to ask this as I have already paid and added my debit card to the app so I find this very disrespectful.

I am disgusted to hear that SHEIN has been using lickle kids from third world countries to make clothes for privileged people. Yes I order from SHEIN but that’s before I found out the horrifying things they have been doing how are you making little children work in a factory from ages 5 to 18? It is very disgusting and I hope that she can fix her behaviour or respond to this review back because if I do not get an answer I am reporting this.

Woeful app

The app is good when you have the money for it. But let’s talk about the shein games. Obviously the shein games aren’t supposed to be easy for people to win. However, the problem is, is that shein games feed people who don’t need it. For example, you would need around 50 people to do your link just to win the games. Do you really think that somebody who would need the money to buy themself clothes through a shein game would have that many friends or family to help them reach the end of the game? This game feeds to the wealthy and influencers, but anyone else can’t receive it, even though they are the ones who need it most.
