Pretty good just copies of the same exact thing which is a little bit annoying, please stop sending me so many notifications my device can’t charge when it’s on so when you keep sending me those notifications it turns my iPad on for a bit and my uncharges.please stop sending me so many notifications

I have found SO many things that I want to buy on here however, it will not accept my only payment option (an American Express gift card) because my husband has heard bad things about people getting their debit/credit cards hacked. I’ve been trying to place an order for months now but the payment method still hasn’t changed. Now I have missed out on every one of my new user discounts. I have money on my American Express gift card that unfortunately I can’t transfer to another account and because of this frustrating headache I don’t even want to open the app anymore because it’s a reminder of the deals I no longer have access to and the frustration of not even being able to place an order. Please add the option to use an American Express gift card, that apparently only has 15 numbers instead of 16… Otherwise I will most likely just end up deleting the app as it’s useless without being able to pay… if you ever do decide to update your payment options it’d be very helpful for you to reset my new user bonuses so that I can finally actually be able to use them.

I love everything about shein EXCEPT there are NO plus size maternity dresses. I have been looking for days now! The maternity dresses only go up to a size 12. Plus size women get pregnant too!! Plus size women want to do maternity shoots too! Please consider making PLUS SIZE MATERNITY DRESSES!

I had an issue with a lot of orders and they take forever to reply and the agent
when I write to them they don’t care and they keep telling me wrong information

Let me start by saying I’ve only done one order so far my second order is nowhere near my house even though the address is indicated is correct. I don’t understand why it goes to one place to another address when the original place is closer to my house for the delivery. OK USPS great thank you for the tracking but are you sure they’re going to deliver obviously not!

I never received my order.

I needed .2 “crystals” to when $300 dollars. Picked my “ball” to get my crystals and when the ball turned around it said +5 and then changed to +.1 before my very eyes. Literally a scam. I stopped shopping on here last year because of that garbage and here it is, the same after a year. Guess I’ll be stopping again.
