They do not protect or help you when you have fraudulent charges. They make it almost impossible to reach a real person to get answers.

You keep putting funds on hold from my account asking me to submit my documentation. I have been a customer since 2010 . Don’t have no money come here my next step is Lawyer because this system is broken and so are the sick individuals behind the key pads. Y’all be playing games

I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I’m writing a review because I’ve called several different times to see about why I can’t see my card on the app and nobody’s giving me a specific answer. I could see the app before I could see the app when I first got my card and activated it for like I don’t know six months now all the sudden I can’t see my card and you wanna tell me it’s because I got a new card. No it was happening before I got my card. I’m very unsatisfied with this service and then when I call, I get the runaround by two different customer service people and then I have a lady trying to act in diet to me on the phone and then condescending, not anybody’s child and I’m trying to get my stuff taken care of. It’s your job to do your job. Everybody else is expected to do theirs so you were expected to do yours. I will not change this review until this is fixed. Thank you.

Find it kind of dumb that they will let you download an image of your personal QR code to your photos BUT won’t let you add the personal QR code to your Apple Wallet instead which is much easier to find and use 🤦‍♂️

Whenever i try to create an account, I have been continuously getting an error saying that the city I entered is invalid.

Running this app on my iPad (6th generation) with latest app and iOS update (17.5.1). App hangs on reCAPTCHA verification. If I delete the app and reinstall it, authentication proceeds without issue. Can’t use app. User is frowning because same iPad was able to run app recently.

This review is specifically for PayPal credit. The app fails to submit a scheduled auto pay payment or notify you it was cancelled if additional non-autopay payment is submitted within the same month. The app is not intuitive to use and I got charged $50 interest fee because of that development nuance. It feels like I got scammed.

the new look is terrible. every time i need to transfer money into my bank account i literally have no idea how to do it. it takes me so long to figure it out. change it back pls
