They closed my account without letting me know. I can’t take my debit card down or remove any of my information. They tac on extra money to cover their cost. My other cash app doesn’t. I suggest if you looking to add PayPal you keep looking. They aren’t there for you to ask questions. It’s very frustrating !

Payment protection yeah right!! The consumers get screwed over by using this app and PayPal doesn’t care!! Then when you file one singular dispute, they cut off your pay in four options: nice way to treat your customers

So I needed some gas money so I could get to work, and my brother sent me 20 bucks… PayPal has that money on hold for 21 days because it was a suspicious transaction, so if there is no complaints from the sender I will get the money in 21 days my brother has sent me money before I wasn’t able to get to work that day and I got written up paypal needs to give me my money and take this holding of money off I have 19 dollars I could have atleast filled my tank up to half but now it’s under. Quarter of a tank, what if someone needed to pay rent and a family member was trying to help them out! You guys are going to keep their money on hold and they can’t pay their rent and get kicked out, I just want my money

After being their customer for 7 years! They put limitations on my account asking to provide some information, which I die the same day!
It’s been 3 weeks already and yet they promised 2-3 business day to check on my response. After calling them again my case was escalated and I was advised there’s no time frame now when the back office looks into my case…
Is PayPal really struggling with hiring people? PayPal out of money as many tech companies now?

This is an awful app can't even view your own balance and it didn't show my transaction history please fix this asap

If I could give Zero stars I would. I used PayPal as I thought it would be easier to use. Customer service doesn’t work at all and they don’t have many options to help you. Literally worst app. I regret using this app.

PayPal deletes your bank info whenever THEY have a problem with your bank. This is NOT okay. I have to readd my bank and the transaction always goes thru again. This is obnoxious and I wish I had a better company to deal with than eBay (who owned PayPal and these issues began with eBay, not PayPal as a crappy independent).

PayPal is an excellent company. Thanks for sticking by me.
