I withdraw 2500 just for a small needs, I was charged 278 Naira. What a horrible banking charges with no proper monitoring from their team .

You guys are criminals...cus tell me why 100naira is deducted daily from my account,sometimes 500naira,the most painful one is dat I will buy airtime or data using my ussd code ...you people will debit and would credit me d card and data I recharged...always disappointing someone via transfers using d ussd code...you people are big thief and deserve to be sued....I’m going to d bank next week to withdraw all my money and close my account cus it’s frustrating.criminals

I hate this bank and it’s network problems

After updating the app, it’s refusing to function. It stops working.

I haven’t been able to access my account, my card isn’t working and their customers service is unavailable. This is frustrating.
The ridiculous charges being deducted too.
Do better please
