Requires you to create an account to scan tickets then the scanner doesn’t work anyway.

This app is a joke, the scanner doesn’t work at all. What’s the point to scan the tickets with this app, if it doesn’t work at all. What a joke

Out of every 10 tickets attempted scan, one works. This is on an iPhone 15 Pro. Oddly, on an Android phone or tablet, the ticket scan works flawlessly. The scanning problem seems relegated to the Apple app version

I think it’s time we start canceling these apps that don’t perform as they should! Stop giving these people money for the most downloads etc etc… Stop contributing to this false hope of hitting the lottery because it’s fixed by the Government anyway, they’re the only ones who make out in this scam…

New Jersey app is millions time Better, Shame

I downloaded this app for the scanner. It never works and they know it because they tell you if you cannot scan the ticket bring it to a lottery place to scan it. Defects the purpose of the app. They really don’t care because everyone has commented about the scanner. Maybe they should hire the people that developed the Florida Lottery app. There scanner works great 100% I would have given this a zero star but 1 is the lowest

The ticket scanner doesn’t work, it’s almost impossible to see what the quick draw results for each game are as it goes to the next game after a couple seconds

Why for years offer a scanning feature that never seems to work? Get it together or update the app features.

Not able to scan tickets. Very annoying. Makes the app useless. Scanning tickets would be the number one use for me if it worked. It does not work. Has not worked for years. Seems like there is no effort to fix it. Horrible app.

I’ve never found the scanner on this app to function. It won’t even focus in.
