Twice I’ve tried to use the app to unlock the door and both times it failed to connect to the lock. It’s useless, unless you’re standing next to the lock, then it works.

Please add Auto Unlock working closer to door about 5-10ft away not 200 ft away

There have been zero improvements to this app over the years. Forget about trying to unlock your “smart” lock remotely. If you aren’t standing right next to the lock, it won’t even try to use WiFi and there’s no way to force it to use WiFi. It just gives you a message saying August will use the best method automatically. It also doesn’t tell you when the batteries are low. Thanks! Have they given up on the app??

With only 1 house we should have the option to have it as default. Otherwise it’s unnecessary and clunky to click though. Also lock lag even when standing right in front of the lock, which had pretty of time to connect to the house

I am happy with this smart lock, I just wish August would include an option to temporarily disable auto-lock for when you are doing some home work outside.
