I only just started using Vinted & loved the process & safety of selling! After a couple of items were sold, I received a message saying I was selling fake goods, which i wasn’t & had labels and serial codes to prove it. The item was relisted & checked and sold fine, until my next upload where It happened again. I sent all proof that the item is completely authentic, but had what seemed to be a bot/generic response saying my account was blocked permanently! I emailed the legal team & had the exact same response, which seems no one actually even read my email or checked my proof. Disgusted to have been labelled a fraudulent person when I have done nothing wrong! And now unable to use the app at all. So so disappointing of being wrongly accused & belittled by Vinted ‘team’.
