I’ve been a vsco user for 10 years, and the update that forces a login to view a profile from a link is simply the worst change I’ve seen yet. Do you not realize how many of us had our vsco linked in our instagram bio? The whole reason I loved vsco was to be able to post on a low pressure platform yet still have the pictures be available for others to view. Now it’s kind of just pointless for me, and I’ve been posting on instagram more instead. Countless others have also complained about this change, and I’ve noticed many users stop posting as much. All of our reposts are still visible, but not our galleries—why not make it the other way around?? Just please put your users first for once.
Update: Another annoying update that I can’t seem to get used to is the “try pro” toggle at the bottom of the home page that literally never goes away. It’s completely irritating and has stopped me from scrolling the home page multiple times. Just please make an option to hide it? Or make it smaller? It’s huge and distracting.
I’m going to stop using this app if either of these changes aren’t fixed.

You basically need to buy everything to edit just a single video? What sense does that make. Don’t recommend this if you get mad easily. Just use CapCut, it’s way better!

used to be a great app 5 yrs ago. now u have two available photo editing options which can be done in your camera roll by itself and the rest you have to pay for. this app lost all its functionality

I can’t add a photo from my library. Please fix this because I can’t use app

After agreeing to a steep price increase (50% upcharge) the app is now infested with pop ups trying to get me to pay even more for functions I neither need nor want. The UI has become unnecessarily cluttered making it now feel like a free-to-play game. I am a paying customer, I should not have to swipe these away every time I need to use this tool. I will be looking for another app that is more respectful of its clientele.
(2024 update : app is still trash sadly, but competition does exist)

Removed grain, A6 filter, and other features to be accessed by non members. Most disappointing. The app is becoming more of a social media platform instead of an archive.

I’m on the pro version and the app has got so buggy. I’m currently have to close out the app completely after each photo I post to VSCO. Long time user here and over the years the app has gotten more and more buggy. It used to work a lot better. Frustrated

Someone hacked my vsco and deleted my account. please help me get it back i have family pictures on there that i lost when my phone reset and i need my account back. i tried customer support but didn’t hear back. please help me

I love this app for the editing tools for the most part, the ability to keep my images mostly natural looking but enhanced. However, I really hope they amp up the “remove” tool. I was so excited when they unveiled it because I currently use another app to erase unwanted things in my images. But it was (and remains to be) in beta mode and it’s very poor quality. If they ramped it up to be similar to the Retouch app, it would make this the perfect all in one photo editing app for me. Please update the remove tool!!
