Excellent motivator to keep your body in check.

I struggle with my heart I haven’t been able to get any diagnosed yet but I am trying and this app has really helped me keep track of my heart rate whenever I feel like something is wrong I can do a quick check and get my results quickly and act accordingly.

The first and last time I downloaded this app it showed my pulse rate at 109, consequently I also used a finger monitor that also shows O2 saturation which had my pulse at 57….which is my normal range. You people should be ashamed for promoting false technology to promote false worries about individual health…I hope nobody downloads this fake app…

I saw the video on a break between levels of a game and thought it was great. It looked like it had taken the pulse, blood pressure, oxygen, and it didn’t none of those. All it does is take your heart rate my watch can tell me if my heart rate is high, low or different. You end up having to log in manually what it appeared to be it would take though I think you should change the video you’re using. besides that, the video I saw twice more on different downloads so you should get your act together.

This app is not beneficial if you have the Apple Watch or other apps that have duplicative features. Congress needs to address these free trial and automatic renewal tricks these companies are using! They also need prevent Apple from enabling these deceptive practices! I don’t like this app and I tried cancel and I was not refunded my money. I am now entering a dispute with my credit card company. I should not be forced to pay for a service I do not like or use!

This is not what my cardiologist recommended that’s partly on him, but it’s partly on the app. It should not have Kardia in its name.

This registered nurse of 27 years bought this app to monitor my own heart rate on the fly. I have an an irregular and sometimes racing heart. This app told me my heart rate was in the 50’s as it was approaching 200bpm. Don’t rely on this if you need accuracy.
