I love this app but it's sometimes a scam

It was easy for me

I placed a large order to Temu about 6 months ago & it never arrived. When I called them about it they wanted to know everything in the order and I couldn't find them in their inventory, so I disputed the charge and was reimbursed. So yesterday I placed a rather large order and when I went to check out I found that I was no longer a welcome customer and they refunded my payment! Of all the nerve. They also send me a polyester filled comforter when I ordered goose down, and some duplicate items.

shipping is getting better. love the quality of clothes and sandals. very happy
