It would be preferable if we could have access to two appearance modes in the app (Dark and White Mode) would make the app environment more friendly I think

I haven’t been able to use the app since I downloaded it because my nin isn’t working but the age written for the app is 17+ I’m seventeen going on eighteen and I can’t make use of the app because my nin doesn’t say I’m 18

It will be good if you can make a dark mode of OPay

I love everything about the banking system and the app, however can you upgrade to a dark mode for some of us that like dark mode view

I subscribed yesterday, till today I haven’t received anything, yet, they’ve successfully deducted my money!
Reaching out to the customer’s service, they’re very poor in their conduct. Keeping a customer waiting when it’s not that they’re busy.

I use to love using OPay because it’s easy and I haven’t used my OPay account for sometime so I decided to update the app now my account has be downgraded I put my NIN but they kept saying my NIN has multiple account in and and have been using this account for more than a year why do this what for 😡
