This app charged my phone with out my permission

Fake app , I paid for for 1 year and after that app is crashing. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again the it’s asking for subscription. Please don’t install this app

In order to know how to help/restore my plant I had to pay an additional $19.95. I cancelled my subscription

I loved this app so much I bought premium the same day I first downloaded it.
It’s been super helpful identifying my plants but also identifying when they’re sick (infested with bugs).
I noticed I hadn’t gotten any watering reminders in a while and when I opened the app today, it’s deleted at least 7 plants along with all of their information (pot size, humidity levels, watering cycle, rotation cycle).
I could add them all again but it would be a waste of my time if the app decides to delete them again.
Please fix this. If I’m paying for the app, I expect it to save all of the info I put into it. This is ridiculous. Highly recommend that you don’t pay for this app as it’s worthless if it can’t save your data.

I checked out this app because it looked interesting and because I couldn’t get the interruption ad off my phone. After reviewing the app, I decided I didn’t want it and DELETED the app from my phone. Unbeknownst to me the app remained in the cloud, but I never downloaded it. Don’t remember how long ago that was, but today iTunes has charged me $29.99 for an annual subscription. They never asked or alerted me in advance; just took my money out of my account. You people should be ashamed. You know who I am, you took my money. Now let’s see if you have the guts to contact me and reimburse me. Or are you just going to hide behind your invisible screen.

I had another app for plant care and in most cases would give me the same recommendation. I suckered into buying this app based on some reviews. I have to admit I should’ve taken the weekly option. But I thought annual option has the same three days free trial. And IT DOES NOT
All these app are great at identifying plants but if you are looking for help fixing the issue, this is not it. Their best offer is ask an expert at $19.99 per issue
I guess I am stuck with a useless app for a year

First of all, if you think you’re talking to a person, forget that. You’re talking to a computer generated automated response. I was told they knew what plant I was asking about, and said it was healthy. But the plant died, then they tried to tell me, that an expert was going to evaluate my plants(2) of them. I asked for my money back, I thought it was a free three day trial. But on day two, I was charged 19.95 for the “expert “ advice. I never talked to one person, not a real person anyway. Save your time and money. I have tried to get a refund for 2 months now, just keep getting the runaround.

This app is absolutely worthless!!!! That’s not correctly diagnosed a single problem with a single plant. Don’t waste your money.

Bought lifetime subscription on Mar 15 2024 and haven't been able to activate the subscription since then. Been in contact with their costumer support for several weeks now and the reps just keep going in circles without any clue on what's going on. After working with them for several weeks, Im giving up. I have not worked with more incompetent people than this before.
