I ordered from this app for first time and payee by card, unfortunately mu order is not delivered and they want me to get it from a pick up point, no delivery mam has called!!!!! And the worst is that they didn’t even mention the location of pick up point, and when I track my order and don’t get any information!!!!! It’s a spam

On app they r showing delivery delayed n cpuldnt deliver n driver msged me tht it will be delivered tomorrow n yet i didnot get it and on top they dont have proper channel to communicate or chat with any assistant for help
