Strictly a poorly coded wedding website with so many flaws and is out shined by many other RSVP apps. Also customer service is none existent I reported everyday for 2 weeks and no response waste of $20.

I love the knot sm but it needs improvements .. especially in the invitation area because it’s soooo slow and always fights me

This app makes things so easy to organize and prepare you as much as you can for your big day.

I’m planning a destination wedding and this is where I’m finding The Knot app lacking. They don’t have any international destination or vendors. The search function doesn’t work on the app so I can’t even manually add my vendors. That’s a bit annoying.

Filters don’t work. Looking for a smaller venue, set that for the filter and still get the same ones as before the filter.

TheKnot has all the wedding data and has reported a rising trend in international/destination weddings. Therefore I’d expect them to have way more information or vendor connections to popular wedding destinations. Even trying to add my venue’s information when it’s out of the country is difficult. The app keeps showing me an error when I use the Google search feature or try to add it in myself. There should also be a separate checklist and timeline for those of us doing a destination wedding.

You just updated it 4 days ago. I can’t see my guest list, it keeps telling me error. It seems really buggy now :/
